When they let you down

Hard Drives. One of Maxtor 300Gb hdd on my desktop gave it up the other day. None of the project files were lost. But it took things I could cry over for days. Lesson learned. Back everything up!

On os x, Synk seem to be doing a pretty neat job.

    Ouch!

    I think I have a pretty good idea of what it feels like - a mixture of horror, denial and “why me!?”

    Hopefully you could use a data recovery service to salvage something out of the wreck.

    Yeah, but the chances seem to be very low. Should give it a try anyways.
